The TapMate XL-424’s specially designed shipping crate serves as an assembly work-station and has storage space to secure tools, pilots and other accessories.

The entire TapMate XL-424 is QPQ coated, protecting the machine from wear and corrosion.

The indicator scale on Lead Tube shows cutter depth and progress of cut. The Thrust Tube is threaded with a #2 Stub Acme Thread for rapid travel through the tapping valve and sleeve.

The TapMate XL-424 manual feed handle gives you total control and feedback during the cut.

Adapter bells come in 4 inch through 24 inch configurations, for wet or dry taps with either flanged or mechanical-joint connections. Special custom adapters are also available.

Large (14 inch through 24 inch) adapter bells attach with standard 6-bolt flange. The TapMate XL-424 can be used with your existing TapMate and QuikValve equipment.

Convenient Pressure Relief Valve makes Adapter Bell removal a snap.

Integrated hydraulic drive head produces up to 15,000 inch lbs. of torque.
